We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to provide excellent front-desk and administrative support. The position may be performed onsite or remotely, depending on business needs. Key Responsibilities * Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally. * Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails. * Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. * Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence. * Maintain accurate records and perform general data entry. * Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff. * Respond to inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate department. * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area when working onsite. * Coordinate virtual meetings and assist with online communications when working remotely. * Protect confidential company and customer information. * Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional and friendly demeanor. * Good organizational and time-management skills. * Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and scheduling software. * Ability to work independently when offsite and collaboratively when onsite. * Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace required for remote work. Work Arrangement * Onsite: Work from the company's designated office location. * Offsite/Remote: Work from an approved remote location and remain available during scheduled business hours.
