  • Lead cybersecurity programs to protect company systems, data, and users, including security controls, risk management, vulnerability management, incident response, employee awareness, and ongoing compliance efforts.
  • Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business priorities, balancing innovation, cost, scalability, security, and operational needs.
  • Partner with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing, and other functions to identify opportunities for technology to improve business processes and decision-making.
  • Establish strong IT governance, standards, processes, and controls while continuously identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Manage external technology partners, vendors, consultants, and service providers, ensuring performance, value, security, and accountability.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the IT team, creating a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-focused service.
  • Manage technology budgets, resources, priorities, and investments while communicating business impact and recommendations to senior leadership.
