The right candidate will bring a consultative approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver a high-quality experience for both hiring managers and candidates.Responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for corporate and administrative openings, from intake discussions through offer coordination and onboarding support.• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines by using online sourcing tools, networking channels, and targeted outreach strategies to identify suitable candidates.• Review resumes and applications thoroughly to assess alignment with position requirements and organizational needs.• Conduct phone screens and structured interviews to evaluate experience, technical fit, and overall candidate suitability.• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal stakeholders while managing calendars and ensuring a smooth hiring process.• Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand role expectations, refine search strategies, and provide updates on recruiting progress.• Use applicant tracking systems and related recruiting tools to maintain accurate records, track candidate activity, and support reporting needs.• Support hiring initiatives for specialized and leadership-level searches, including technical, engineering, and executive recruitment efforts.• Promote inclusive hiring practices by expanding sourcing approaches and helping attract talent from diverse backgrounds.
