We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Recruiter to support hiring initiatives for a pharmaceutical organization in Bridgewater, New Jersey. This is a Long-term Contract position focused on managing end-to-end recruitment for scientific and manufacturing-related roles in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a high volume of openings while partnering closely with hiring managers to move candidates efficiently from intake through offer.Responsibilities:• Lead the full recruitment process from initial intake meetings through offer delivery for a range of scientific, quality, and manufacturing positions.• Partner with hiring managers to clarify talent needs, align on search strategies, and maintain momentum throughout the hiring cycle.• Source and engage candidates with experience in roles such as QA, QC, production, warehouse, and other regulated industry functions.• Manage a substantial requisition load simultaneously while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and a strong candidate experience.• Coordinate interviews directly, communicate with candidates and stakeholders, and ensure timely progression through each stage of the process.• Use an applicant tracking system effectively to manage workflows, update candidate records, and maintain accurate recruitment data.• Collaborate with sourcing support resources while independently owning day-to-day recruiting activity across assigned openings.• Extend offers and guide candidates through final stages of the hiring process in alignment with company practices.
