Salary: $140,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA CDS views, including standard, custom, and extension views, as well as calculation views, tables, and other reporting structures.
• Strong Power BI dashboard and report development skills, including DAX.
• Proficiency in Power Query, SQL, data transformation, and data modeling.
• Experience creating interactive reports from ERP or business-system data and combining information from multiple systems into a unified reporting model.
• Ability to work with business users to define reporting needs and validate results.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work onsite full-time.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Preferred: Deeper SAP S/4HANA experience, including building or extending CDS and calculation views, and experience with SAP BW, BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar SAP reporting tools.
• Preferred: Experience reporting on sales, quoting, customers, products, pricing, orders, costs, or margins; integrating ERP data with external applications; or working in manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, or engineered-products environments.
• Preferred: Experience building management reporting tools that support business decisions.
• Power Query M coding for advanced data transformation is beneficial.
• .NET/C# experience is a plus, particularly for reporting automation, data integration, or internal business applications.

• Build interactive Power BI reports and dashboards using SAP HANA and other internal business data.
• Partner with business leadership and the CIO to define reporting requirements and business logic.
• Identify, validate, and use SAP HANA CDS views and other suitable reporting data sources.
• Combine SAP and external business-application data into practical reporting models.
• Create dashboards featuring slicers, filters, drilldowns, trend views, and exception reporting.
• Support reporting needs across sales, quoting, operations, margin, backlog, and other business areas.
• Check report results against known business outcomes and help resolve data issues.
• Document data sources, report logic, calculations, assumptions, and refresh processes.
• Train internal users to use and maintain reporting tools.

We are hiring a Business Intelligence Developer for a full-time, onsite reporting and analytics initiative expected to last approximately six months. The role reports to business leadership and the CIO and focuses on developing decision-support tools using SAP HANA data, primarily through CDS views, alongside information from other internal business applications. We are seeking a hands-on developer who can collaborate with business and IT teams, refine reports through iterations, and leave behind a documented, maintainable reporting process. This is a temporary W-2 position with compensation of $140,000 and above on an annualized basis, depending on experience.
